The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sai� report, hereby resolves:

1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �;
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenc�s is regrading .and
surfacing with bituminous material and construc���, where necessary, concrete
curb and� gutter, concrete sidewalk and concrete driveways. Also construct a
sewer- for storm water purposes, and do all incidental work to complete improvement
on the following streets: -
Aurora Ave. from Victoria St. to Dale St.
Fuller Ave. from Victoria St. to Dale St.
Fisk St. from St. Anthony Ave. to Aurora Ave.
Avon St. from St. Anthony Ave. to Aurora Ave.
Avon St. from Aurora Ave. to University Ave.

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 460,000.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 3rd day of
October, 1972 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
