RBSOLVED, That the substitution of
$50,000 U. S. Treasnry Boads of 1984, 6 3/8°�, due
August 15, 1984
for
$50,000 II. S. Treasury Bonds of 1967-72, 2 1/2�, due
December 15, 1972
as collateral security for deposits of public funds of the City of Saint Paul
with S�mit National Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is authorized,
ratified and approved, such having been done in coaformance with the applicable
statutes of the State of Minnesota; that such substituted seeurities, at the
time of such substitution, had a market value sufficiet�t, together with the
market value of the original collateral securities for said purpose, for which
ao substitutioa was made, equal to $110 for every $100 of deposits of public
funds of said CiCq with said bank.
