4VHER�AS, the City Council of the City of Sainfi Paul is informed by the
Uepartment of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings that the vacant and open
bui iding(s) tocated at: 1115 Marion
In the Clty of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard to the pubilc health,
wel fare and safe-ty; and
WHEREAS, the last known record owne�s ot said property ars: Estate of
Mary L. Lundberg
and said owners have failed to secure fihe same against entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of Section 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
and said vacant and open building(s) have been found and determined by the
Council of the City ot Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the public health,
weifare and safety and a public nuisance which must be irr�nediately abated to
prevent loss of life or property; now, theretore be ifi
RESOIYED, that the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public 8uildings
is authorized and directed to ir�ned(ately secure said buildings by the use of
contract fabor under contract No.Lg�;�pending proceedings under the Fiazardous
Eiu i I d 1 ngs Act; and be i t � 'Z5
FUR'iNER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buiidings be paid
from Fund No. ����� Summary Abatement, and that the Corporation Counse{
be directed to ropriate action to �eimburse said tund by action
