RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, for abatement of
taxes and assessments payable in 1972 on certain parcels of real
estate acquired by said Authority for redevelopment as part of
the Summit-University Urban Renewal Area, Minn A-1-1, and that
