WHEREAS, in connection with the BATTLE CREER PARK EXPANSION
PROJECT, it will be necessary to incur engineering and miscellaneous
costs; therefore, be it
RESOLVID, that the City of St. Paul proceed with the necessary
work at an estimated cost of $2,000.00; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that these costs be charged to the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code No. 6000, and this fund to be reim-
bursed from Capital Improvement Bond (C.I.B.) Fund No. 9772-460-016.
