The ownersof record are Robert J. and Mary M. Bowlin and Edward T, and. Florence Bowlin, and the legal description of the property is the Northwesterly 34 ft, of Lot 13 and part of Lot 5 Southwesterly of Jackson Street and Southeasterly of extend.ed. Northwesterly line of Subdivision Lot 12, Block 20 Ashton-Sherburne Addition. A recent inspection indicates the following: Building Classification: Duplex. Exterior: Dilapidated. appearance, front porches have collapsed., siding, trim, gutters are damaged. and deteriorating. The roof covering is badly worn and the front porch roofs are hanging precariously from the top since the supports have been removed. Bas ement : Limestone found.ation needs repair.
