The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
order of the Council known as Council File No. 2571b5 approved
January 25, 19 72 relative to condemning and takina an easement in the land
necessary for the slopes, cuts and filis, includina riaht of removal of lateral suoport from
subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or co�strucrl�n of
slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the Allev in BLK. 2.
BIRMINGHAM'S 2ND ADD. from Kennard St. to Flandrau St. (G2001)
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein. hereby reports:
1 . The estimated cost thereof is $ 8,809.00
