L�,dies and Gentlemen:
On Au�ust 11, 1972, the City Council passed a
resolution No. 259453 denying the application made by Dean
Johnson for a Cla.ss D-Original Container License at 684
Selby Avenue.
This resolu�ion was presented because the r'ire Pre-
vention =�ivision's represen.tative was una�le to gain entry to
make an inspection of the premises.
Dean Johnson was not in town at the time the letter
of notification of pending denial of the license application
was sent to him and was not in town on �'�ugust 11, 1972.
He has since contacted the Fire Frevention Division
and they have now made the necessary inspection, therefore,
I ask that C. r. No. 259453 be rescinded a.�c the attached
resolution be approved granting the Class D-Origin.�,l Container
license to Dean Johnson at 684 Selby �lvenue.
