CO NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, Ramsey County desires to improve McKnight Road•
� between Interstate 94 and Conway Avenue and this being a part
of the County-State-aid highway system, the County is required by
Minnesota Statutes 162 .02, Subdivision 8, to obtain the approval
of the governing body of the City of Saint Paul to such plans for
the improvement; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County, on June 28, 1972, requested tha.t the
City of Saint Paul approve these plans; now, therefore� be it
RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves Ra.msey County' s plans for improving McKnight Road between
Interstate 94 and Conway Avenue, said plans being identified as
S.P. 62-668-10 and S.P. 62-668-11.
