WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul is contemplating the construction of
� a portion of Kasota Avenue as extended to intersect with Trunk Highway
�, (� No. 51 (Snetiing Avenue) at the Rosen Road interchange, said contemplated
I�' construction known as the grading and paving of KASOTA AVE.-700 feet West
OW� of Snelling Ave. to Snelling Ave. , City P�oject Nb. P-03g2B1 , and
WHEREAS, the existing legal access opening to Trunk Highway No. 51
(Snelling Avenue) is not located for proper utilization by the City for
said contemplated construction� Mowitherefore�be it ;
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul hereby requests from the Depart- �,,,=
ment of Highways of the State of Minnesota proper and adequate legal
access to Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) for the contemplated
construction of said Project No. P-039261 , and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that�in consideration for the requested legal
access for the contemplated construction, the City of St. Paul hereby
relinquishes its right to the existing legal access.
