WHEREA5, the Building Department has requeated the City Council to
hold a public hearing to coneider the advieability and neceeaity of the correction or
wr�ekinA and removal of the following describedbuildinge, eaid atructures having
been roported to conetitute a public hazard:

before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court House
in eaid city at 10:00 a. m. on August 10, 1972
to coneider the advieability and necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of eaid etructuree on the above deacribed property inasmuch as said structures
are reported to conatitute a hazard to public health, safety and welfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Department, on behalf of
the City Council� notify by mail the record ownere of the property in question at the last
known addrese� as well as other intlt�re�ted pereons of record, of the date and time of
the hearing.
