Jones 466 Banfil Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 and said owners have failed to secure the same agafnst entry by unauthcrized pet�sons in violatio� of Section i92. 18 ot the Saint Paul Legis{ative Code, and said vacant a�d open butlding(s) have been found and determined by the Council of the City of Saint Paui to constitute a menace to the public health, wettare and safety and a pubiic nuisance which must be immediately abated to prevent loss of life or property; now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Department of Pa�ks, Recreation and Public Buildings is authorized and directed to immediately secure said buiidings by the use of cont�act labor under contract No. -7398� pending proceedings under the Nazardous E3ui Idings Rct; and be it L 7525 FURTFtER RESOLVEO, that the expense of securing such buildings be paid from Fund No. 0979-269, Summary Abatement, and that the Corporation Counsel be directed to take approprlate action to reimburse said fund by action against the awner of said property.
