The asaesament af beaefits� cost aa� ez�esses for and in conneetion with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered saxne
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
1�ESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RES(}LVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on thp 16th
day of Aug��st� 1972 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, ata.ting in said notice�the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
