Monick 1690 Pinehurst Street St. Paul, Minnesota 55116 File S9694, Page 6 Notice is hexeby giuea that the Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 1972 on the advisability of proceeding with Preliminary Order 258428, approved May 3, 1972, which proposes to reconstr ewalk and replace with integral curb and sidewalk on both sides of Pinehurst Avenu from Snelling Avenue to Fairview Avenue and by doing all other work w ch is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement except where it is determined that good and sufffcient poured sidewalks exist. The estimated property assessment is based on the following rates: 5 foot width $4,90 per assessable foot � 6 foot width $5.85 per assessable foot Integral curb and sidewalk $1.50 per square foot � Note: Rates for other width side�►alks will be pro-rated accordingly. In addition to the above, charges wfll be made for extra work which is a particular benefit to the abutt3,ng property such as tree removal, poured concrete removal, driveways and additional width of walks based on the annual side�alk contract prices on file in the Department of Public Works. If you wish detailed fnformation regarding this proposed improvement, you are invited to meet with the technical advisors in the Council Chambers at 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. the same day as the hearing.
