WHEREAS, the Building Department has requeated the City Council to
hold a public hearing to coneider the advieability and neceasity of the correction or
wreeking and removal of the following deecribedbuildings, said atructuree having
been reported to conetitute a public hazard:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul in the Council Chamber of the Court House
in eaid city at 10:00 a. m. on T„i� ����o��
to coneider the advisability and neceseity of ordering the correction or wrecking and
removal of eaid ,�tructuree on the above deecribed property inasmuch as said atructures
are reported to conetitute a hazard to public health, eafety and wslfare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Department, on behalf of
the City Council, notify by mail the record ownere of the property in question at the last
known addreee, ae well as other intere�ted peraons of record, of the date and time of
the hearing.
