WHEREAS, the Council o� the City of 5aint Paul is informed by

-in the City of Saint Paul axe a proximate hazard to the public health,
welfare a,nd s afety; and
WHERE.AS, the last known record owners of said property are:
Joseph & Mary Niedzwiecki
-and eaid ownera have failed to aecure the same against entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of Section 192. 18 of the Saint Pau]. Legislative Code, and
eaid vacant and open buildings have been found. and determined by the Council
of the City of Saint Paul to conetitute a menace to the public health, welfare
and aafety and a public nuisance which must be immediately abated to prevent
losa of life or property; now, therefoxe be it
RE30LVED, that the City Architect is authorized and directed �o
immed'iaC�I�r secure said buildings by the use of contract labor under Contract
No. X�a�pending proceedings under the Hazardous Buildings Act; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-269, Summary Abatement, and that the Corporation
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action to reimburse said fund by
