requireme.nt of Sectian 54.11 of the St. Paul Legislative Code that each
dwelli.ng utlit be equipped with a water closet, lavatory, and bathtub
or shower to permit a11 dwelling units to share existing bathroom facil- .

FURTF�R RESOLVED, tha.t said waiver be granted until such time as
property is sold or ar�y other right, title or i.nterest be transferred,
at which time s�ch transfer be .nullified; and be it
FINA.LLY RESOLVED, tha.t the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to transmit a copy of this resolutio.n to the Ramsey County Register
