The asaesament af beaefits, cost and eapeaaes for and in connection with
the abave improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered sa.me
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same ia hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHEft, Tha.t a public hearing be had an sa.id assessment on the 9th
day of August. 1972 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Iiall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed a.gainst the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
