To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul :
The Commissioner of Pubiic Works, having had under consideration the preliminary
o�der of the Council known as Council File No. 258692 approved
Mav 18�h. 19 72 relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk on both
sides of Shields Ave. from Frv St. to Pierce St. and by doinl� all other work which
is nece;g�arv and incidental to comvlete said imnrovement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1 . The estimated cost thereof is $ 4.90 ner lin. ft. for standard side�aalk
