In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for i�proving HIGHLAND
PARKWAY from Cleveland Avenue to Snelling Avenue (City Projeet P-U502) as follows:
Reconstruct curbs and construct a bituminous overlay for the entire length ot the
project: reconstruct street, alley and driveway returns; reconstr�ct stor� water
drainage facilities and do all other Work which is necessary and iacidental to co�lete
said improvem�nt,
under Preliminary 4rder 24�313 ,approved February 3� 1970

Final Order 250262 ,approved September 1, 1970 ,
The a.ssessment o�f benefits. cost and expenses for and in conneetion with
the �bove iznprovement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asaeasment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
R,ESOLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on thp ?��
day of Au�ust, 1972 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lat or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
