undertaken to further the principle� e�pressed abcwve, the aeeds of

WHEREAS, with consideration ` d eir �eds, he
economy, the ceatralization of equip n , mate=ials, and
persoanel, and after due exaaniaatioa and evaluation of the
facilities available to th� t�ie members of the Gouneil of
the City of Saint Baul have conclnded that it will best serve
the public as well ag the orderly fuactioning of the City
government for them to be located as a group in the offices
now available on the sev�r�th floor of the Eity-Co�ty eon=thonse;
therefore be it
RSSD�VED, That the Coun�il of the City of Saint Pat�l hereby
directs the Mayor to re�om�nend tv the City Hall aad Court Ho�se
Coma�ittee that, save for that porfiioa to be �sed for courtrooms, `
the spa�e on the seventh floor of the Ci�y-County courthonse be
allocated to the �ouncil members with a design of the area to be
undertaken to further the principles �presse� above, the needs of
those members, and the service to the public.
