WHEREAS, the Council of the City of 5aint Paul is informed bythe Bldg.
Dept. #���ayx� that the vacant and open buildings located at:

-in the City of Saint Paul are a proximate hazard to the public health,
welfare and s afety; and
WHERE.AS, the last known record owners of s aid property are:
Estate of Lona M. Henry
-ancl said owners have failed to secure the saxne against entry by unauthorized
persons in violation of Section 192. 18 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, and
said vacant and o�en bui,ldings have been found. and determined by the Council
of the City of 5aint Pa�l to constitute a menace to the public health, welfare
and aafety and a public nuisance which must be immediately abated to prevent
loas of life or property; rtow, therefore be it

RE50LVED, that the-Gitp-Arc�it�t is authorized and directed to
immediatiely secure said buildings by the use of contract labor unde� Contract
No. �t�pending proceedings under the Hazardous Buildin�s Act:; and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expense of securing such buildings be
paid from Fund No. 0979-2b9, Summary Abatement, and that the Corpox•ation
Counsel be directed to take appropriate action to reimburse said fund by
