The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is not in the process
of acquiring nor do they intend to acquire this property.
This building is dilapidated to such an extent that does not
appear practical to restore it. Inasmuch as the conditions
outlined above constitute a public hazard, add a blighting ef-
fect to the neighborhood and the owners have made no attempt
to satisfaGtorily repair the damage despite our warnings, it
is the recommendation of this bureau that this matter be re-
ferred to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal
through District Court proceedings.
