The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 258427 approved May 3rd. 1972
relative to reconstructinQ the sidewalk on both sides of Jefferson Ave. from Mt. Curve
Blvd. to Mississippi River Blvd. and bv doing all other work which is n�eces�ary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
