Marshall City Clerk Room 386 City Hall Dear Sir: This is written in response to the application of Strommen Insurance for a permit to install a 51-car parking lot to be used with an office building on property located on the north side of University Avenue between Cromwell Avenue and Pelham Boulevard. This property is further described by the legal description on file. This matter was heard at the August 17, 1972, Board of Zoning public hearing at which time the staff said revised plans have been received which meet design standards. The staff noted that half of the driveway was an easement on adjoining property and the applicant has indicated on the plan that this easement area would be unobstructed and used only for access. The staff recommended approval subject to the appropriate easement being arranged. The Board heard a motion to recommend approval subject to staff recommendations.
