Dear Ma.yor Cohen: _
I am enclosing a resolution to authorize transfer of
the monies received as a gift for the financing of the
construction of the Civic Center by an anonymous donor.
In discussions with Mr. Clem Schleck, it was indicated
that this person has contributed an amount of $2.00 per
week which he indicated was lunch money. This money has
been accumulated by Mr. Schleck in the City' s Suspense
Fund. We felt that while the resolution was not necessary
to transfer the funds, it would provide the anonymous
donor with some recognition and assurance that the monies
he submitted are being used for the purpose he requested.
Very truly yours,
