1 WHEREAS, the City Council originally adopted Council File # 02-450 on May 22, 2002, which
2 authorized the City to demolish the properiy at 875 Woodbridge Street if the owner failed to
3 make repairs within 15 days; and

5 WHEREAS, Vinny Uliano, through his property company, has acquired the property at 875
6 Woodbridge Street and is interested in rehabilitating the property; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending Council File # 02-450, originaily adopted
9 on May 22, 2002 to give the interested party time to complete the work on the proper[y; and

WHEREAS, the interested pariy has posted a bond, obtained a code compliance inspection and
paid the vacant building fee;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby amends Council File #02-
450 as follows:
i. That line 8 of page two of Council File #02-450 be amended to read, be
completed within frfteen{�5�j 180 days after
the passane and publication of the resolution.
