In the matter of condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary
for the slopes, cnts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support
fraa subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or
construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 3, Weed and Halle's Addition to St. Paul from Sazelwood
Street to Germain Street,
under Preliminarq Order 2y��6��r approved Sevte�er 7. 19T2
A pnblic hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice,
and the Council having heard all persons, objections and reco�endations relative
thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby orders said
improvement to be made,
R&SOLVBD FURTHER, that the land, lands or easements therein required to
make said improvement be and the same are hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated
and condemaed for the purpose of making said improve�nts.
