WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C.F. No. , granting permission to
the St. Paul Public Schools , Independent School District No. 625 to construct,
operate, maintain and remove a fue) tank on Walsh Street between Wells Street
and York Avenue has been prepared and introduced to the Council of the City
of St. Paul , and will be adopted on 10-19-72 to be effective eventually
on 11-20-72 now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit
to the St. Paul Public Schools , Independent School District No. 625 subject
to the same conditions and requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F. No. 259809
pending before the Council of St. Paul , informal approval of said construction,
operation, maintenance, and removal being hereby given in anticipation of the
final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
