ROAD from Grove 3treet to Arch-Penn. Highway by widening, grading, paving and curbing;
by constructing street, alley and drivaway returns; by constructing and reconatructing
sidewalks; by construating stor� water drainage facilities; by constructing sewer,
water and gas service connections; bq constructing a traffic control system; and by
doing all other work vhich is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement,

The assesement o�f bene�its, eost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assesament be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RFSOLVED FURTHER., That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 31st
day of , O�tnber� 19�2 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed again.st the lot or lots of the particula.r
