2. That the Director of Pa.rks and Recreation and Public Buildings
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and to file such applicatidn
t�ith the Department of Housing �.nd Urban Develorpment, to provide additional
information and to flzrnish such documeats as may be required by said
department and to act as the authorized correspondent of the Applicant,
s nd the praper City officials are authorized to execute such contracts as .
