For the sole cansideration of #aurteen thausand eight hundred seventy six
doNaes and fifteen cents (514,876.15), the receipt and sufficiency whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the
City of Sain4 Paul, the Saint Paul Pubiic Works Department, their empioyees, heirs,
executors, administrators, agents, and assigns, and ail other persons, firms or
corporat;ons liable, or who might be liable, none of whom admit any liability, from
any and all property damage claims, demands, actions, causes of action or suits of
any kind or nature whatsoever, related to a 1999 Ford Explorer which has resulted,
or may develop in the future from an incident which occurred on or about the 15"'
day of May, 2002, at or near, Psyne Avenus, Saint Pau{, MN.
The undersigned hereby dectares that the terms of this settlement are fully
understood and voluntarily accepted for the purpose of making a fuli and finai
compromise adjustment and settlement of any and ali claims, disputed or
otherwise, on account of the property damage mentioned above. This release
covers any and all expenses including rental expense, tow charges, storage charges
and saivage bids.
I hereby state that I have read this release, know the contents thereof, and
have signed the same, relying on�my own judgment and on no representations at
