Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings that the vacant and open
bullding(s) tocated at:

in the City of Sai�t Paul are a proximate hazard to the pubtfc heai#h,
welfa�e and safety; and
WHEREAS, the last known record owners of said property are:
George W. Smith, fee owner
Laura Jeffrey, contract purchaser
and said owners have fal�ed to secure the same against entry by unauthorized
pe�sons in violation of Section l92. t8 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
a�d said vacant and open bulldingts) have been found and determined by the
Council of the Clty of Saint Paul to constitute a menace to the pubiic heatth,
welfare and safe#y and a public nuisance which must be imrnediately abated to
prevenf ioss ot ( ife or property; now, therefore be it
