Cultural Arts Project $ 53 000 � ' �59�f�� . � NAME OF PROJECT: Summit University Swimming Pool COMPONENT NAME: Social (Recreation) ADMINISTERING AGENCY: Dept, of Parks and Recreation PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE: This Project will offer the residen-�s of the Summit-University Community an indoor swimming pool facility. The facility will provide recreational � swimming programs presently unavailable in the Model Neighborhood. OPERATION, METHOD, AND PROGRAP�I: A. Location - The site of the proposed facility is adjacent and west of the existing Oxford Recreation Center. B. Size - The pool facility shall be a 25 yard, eight (8) lane swimming pool . C. Type - The facility shall be an indoor pool for recreational activities. ft shall have the capacity to be opened on at least one CI ) side onto an outdoor deck area, which shall contain a wading pool in addition to adequate space for sunbathing. D.
