COUNCIL PRESIDENT AND
MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL:
The Council Committee on Public Works reco�ends that the
Final Qrder to reconstruct sidewalks on both sides of Maryland
Ave, from Forest St. to Earl St. be cancelled.
The site was viewed on September 13. The sidewalks are
relatively new, having been constructed not more than a few
years over the 15-year guarantee period. Except for some
problems caused by tree roots they are in acceptable condition
and should be maintained without reconstruction.
