WHEREAS, the Mattocks Park improvement project has received Neighborhood STAR
funds in the amount of $18,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Macalester Groveland Community Council committed matching funds
for the project in the amount of $18,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Mattocks Park project budget was amended by Council File O1-1016 to
accept said STAR and community funds and implement the project, and
7 WIIEREAS, a portion of the Macalester Groveland Community funding is in the form of
8 In Kind Match, thus reducing the cash match and necessitating an amendment to the project
9 budget,
10 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon
11 recommendation of the Mayor and the positive advice of the I,ong Range Capital Improvement
12 Budget Committee, that the 2001 Capital Improvement Budget as heretofore adopted and
13 amended by the Council, is hereby fiirther amended as follows:
