WHEREAS, Charter Section 10.07.4 authorizes the Ma.yor
to transfer all or a part of any unencumbered appropriation
balance within a department, office or agency, except from
appropriations outside of Charter taxing limitations; and
WHEREAS, a shortage in the Workmen' s Compensation
Account in the office of the City Attorney is anticipated;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the sum of $35,000.00 be transferred
from activity 0998-Contingent Reserve to activity 0950-
Workmen' s Compensation, to be transferred within General
Fund (Formerly Charter Fund 35) as follows:
From: Contingent Reserve -- 0998-410 $35,000.00
To: Workmen' s Compensation -- 0950-425 $35,000.00
