PAUL F,OENCIL NO. / � OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK � CO NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul acting through its Valuation Engineer has secured an agreement for the purchase of certain easements for street and highway and slope purposes described as follows: An easement for street and highway purposes on, over, and across the southerly 10.0 feet of the following described land: All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1��+) of Section thirty-five (35), Township twenty-nine (29), Range twenty- two (22), described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest 1��+ of Section, thence North along said West line, 380.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 22 minutes, �+5 seconds East, parallel with the South line of -,� said Southwest 1�4, 97.7�+ feet to the point of beginning of y � the land to be described: thence North 3 degrees, 25 n � minutes, �+5 seconds, East 121.28 feet to a point 105.0 feet East of the West line of said Southwest 1��+, thence North -�"90-° parallel with said West line of the Southwest 1�4 129.02 -fl '� feet, thence North 70 degrees East, 202.19 feet; thence o � South parallel with the west line of said Southwest 1��+, � 321.37 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 22 minutes, 45 seconds � o West, parallel with the South line of said Sou+thwest 1��+, 197.26 feet to the point of beginning.
