The assessment af benefits cost and exn�aaesw for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the'Council, a,nd the Council having considered same
and found the sa.id assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
R,ESOLVED, That the eaid assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLYE�D FURTHER, Tha� a public hearing be had an said assessment on thP i i th
day of Mtnhpr� 19�2 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissianer of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amou�nt assesaed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed. '
