the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Gouncil having conaidered same
and found the said asseasment eatiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assesament be and the same is lie�reby.,in all respects approved.
RFSULVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the llth
day of (k�tabar� t 9�� , at �he hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in �the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by !the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and t�e amount asaessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed. ;
