WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization by law and upon
consent of the Council , the Mayor has designated John L.
Ricci to the position of Acting Head of the Department of
Community Services of the Cit,y of Saint Paul until such
time as a permanent Departmerit Head is selected and qualifies
in accordance with the Charter and Ordinances of the City
of Saint Paul referring thereto, but in no case longer thaa 90 days
from the date of this resolution�
Now, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that said appointment is hereby concurred
in and in all respects approved and ratified; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the prior resolutions of this
Council, Council Files Nos . 258933, 258934 and 258935 are
hereby in all �espects rescinded and repealed.
