WHEREAS, The Canmissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special pro-
visions and specifications for the roadside devetopment of a part of Trunk
Highway Number 392 and 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and 35 E,
respectively, within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul from
Lexington Avenue to John Ireland Boulevard, and
WHEREAS, Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeted, and identified as
S.P. 6280-178 (35E=390) � S.P. 6282-104 (94=392) , and
WHEREAS, Said speciat provisions a�e on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul , Minnesota, being marked, labeled and
identified as S.P. 6280-178 (35E=390) � S.P. 6282-104 (94=392) , which
together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for
Highway Construction, dated January 1 , 1972, on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number 390 and 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 35E and g4 respectively, and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked,
labeled and identified are also on �ile in the office of the Director of
Public Works, and
WHEREAS, The term "said plans and special provisions" as hereinafter
used in the body of this resolution shali be deemed and intended to mean,
refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the fore-
going recitals particularly identified and described; now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That said plans and special provisions for the improvement
of Trunk Highway Number 390 and 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
and special provisions be and they are hereby approved, and consent is here-
by given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of

35E and g4 respectively in accordance with said plans and special provisions.

Minnesota Highway Departanent plans for roadside slope development of a
por�ion of t-94 between Lexington Pkwy. and John lreland Blvd. This
project is concerned exclusively with roadside beautificatian, specif-
ically through ptanting trees and shrubs.
