Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for and to place and
hereafter maintain a buried cable along the south side of West Water Street
as follows: �
Beginning at 33 feet west of the west property line of Wabasha Street,
west for 52 feet, then south to enter the new Merrill Chapman Building.
Cable to be located at 2 feet north of the south property line of Water Street,
at 30 inch depth.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
