ResoZution 260363 was passed by the Council, approved _ by the Mayor and the City Clerk attempt�d to file the Resolution with the Register of Deeds. 4�'hile the Resolution indicates th at Donald Haugen is the owner of : the premise, the Register of Deeds advised the City Clerk that he is not the owner, but rather a Mr. Harry Rose is the owner.
