RESOLVED, that the Coaxncil hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the
Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of
Nov+ember 8, 1gT2, waiviag the requirement of Section 5�+.11 of the
Saint Pau1 Legislativ�e Cod.e that each dwelling unit be equipped
wi.th a water closet, lavatory, and bathtub or shaw�er to permit
that a maximoum of eleven persons share four bathroadn facilities,
and be it
FURTI�R RESOLVED, that said waiv+er be granted until auch
tim�e as the praperty be sold or ar�y other right, title or interest
be transferred, at which time said waiv�er be rrullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLV$D, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to tran�mit a copy of this resolution to the Fiaansey
Caurrty Register of Deeds.

On November 8, 1972, the Saint Paul Board of Appeals
waived the requirement of Sec. 54.11 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code re].ative to the above described property.
ResoZution 260363 was passed by the Council, approved _
by the Mayor and the City Clerk attempt�d to file the
Resolution with the Register of Deeds. 4�'hile the
Resolution indicates th at Donald Haugen is the owner
of : the premise, the Register of Deeds advised the
City Clerk that he is not the owner, but rather a
Mr. Harry Rose is the owner.
Please contact the applicant and advise him to clear up
th� title pro�lems so that the waiver may be filed.
