Service Availability Charge for the year 1973. The City Clerk is hereby

City Hall and Court House, Saint Paul, Minnesota, the
purpose of the Public Hearing being to consider
Service Availability Charges pursuant to Section 231.07
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code. All interested
parties may appear and be heard before the City Council.
