That the proper C:ity officers are hereby authorized and direCted to pay out of the Tort Liab.ility Fund 0035-420, to Loralie H. Murray, the sum of $150.00, in full settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or about October 22, 1972, as more particularly set out �.n a communication to the City Council on November 21, 1972. Section 2. That �did� sum shall be pa,id to the said claimant upon his execution and delivery of a release ,in full to the � C.ity, ,in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, for all damages sustaa.ned in the manner aforesa.id.
