Section 1. That Chapter 161 of the St. Paul Legislative Code is
ameri.ded by arzding a section to be designated Section 161.06 as follows:
"161.06. Persons in other municipalities who are licensed to
use, operate or maintain any wrecker, tow truck, or other �otor
vehicle for the purpose of providing service to the �eneral public
under a licensing and regulatory ordinance whose requirements are
equal to the provisions hereof may be granted a license hereunder
without char�e upon f.ilin` proof of issu�r�ce of such license with
the Licen.se Inspector, providin� that the terms of any such munici-
pa,litys' licensin�; ordin�;.rce contain the same pr�;vileges, respon-
sipilities an� r�lutual reciprocities as ai�e herein provided.
Section 2. `i'�,is ordin�,nce shall take effect ar..d be in force
thirtv (30� da,ys from and a�ter its -y�a,ssa.�e, app.rova.l and pub-
lication."
