more particularly described as follows :

all in accordance with revised plans dated Received November 15,
1972� subject to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and
its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with all
applicable provisions of municipal ordinances, state statutes and

This is written in response to the application of Gold
Medal Beverage Company for a permit to install an 80-car parking
lot on property located on the north side of Charles between
Fairview and Prior. This property is further described as follows:
Except the western 10 feet thereof, Lot �k8,
Merriam's Out Lots
This matter was heard at the November 2, 1972, Board of
Zoning public hearing at which time the staff reported that plans
have been requested which meet design standards.
The Board heard a motion to recommend approval subject to
receipt of revised plans. The motion was seconded and carried by
a vote of 4 to 0.
Plans dated received November 15, 1972, meet design
standards.

�A� HISTORY: There is no zoning history for this site.
,�+s AREA ZONING: A "C" Residence district exists along the east side of Fairview
Avenue north of Thomas Avenue. Beyond this there is a large "B" Residential
district. Light Industrial zoning fronts University Avenue. The rest of the
area is Heavy Industrial.
C. DESIGN STANDARDS: Revised plans meet design standards.
D. FRONTAGE AND AREA: The parcel has a frontage of 90 feet along Charles Avenue
and a depth of 430.0 feet for an area of 38,700 sq, ft.
E. SITE CONDITIONS : The site is surfaced with bituminous but unoccupied and
not striped.
F. AREA CONDITIONS: A warehouse adjoins the subject site to the west. A
p4rking lot adjoins this site to the east. Commercial and Industrial buildings
exist in the general surrounding area.
