Al1 parcels of land becomin� the property of the state in trust, under the pro- vis�.ons of any �.aw now e�istin� or liereafter en�,cted declaxing the forfeiture of lands to tlie st�.te for ta.xes, shall be classified by the county board of �he county wherein such parcels li� as conservai;ion or nonconservation. Prov�ided tha,t if any such lands are locttted t-�ithin tYie boundaries of any organized totim, or incorporated municipality, the cla,ssification sha11 first be approved "�y such governing body insoi'ar a.s the lands located therein �,re concerned. Conservation lands Under this section, the county board may by resolution declare lands so classified a,s primarily suita,ble for timber production, and which should be so13 for such purposes, subject to the approva7. of the co.mmissioner of natural resources. ' � The county board may also by resolution resolve that certain lands classified as • conservation lands be devoted. to conservation uses, �.nd may submit such resolu- tion to the cor�..missioner of natura�. resources. Non Conservation La,nds � Lands so classified may be offere3 for sale if it sha11 be determined by the county board that it is a,dvis�,ble to do so, subject i;o the approval of th° local governing body wherein such la.nds lie. c I,ands so classified m�.y be withheld from sale by the county board, if the board is of the opinion that such lands may be required by the state or an3• municipal subdivision thereof for public purposes.
