Committee in the award of a contract for furnishing and delivering E525 4� x 8'
Sections� Cincinnati Standard Construction Insulated floor Panels� construction
to consist of a surface 1" thick, #1 5tructural Douglas Fir Plywood Exterior
Grade) to the Saint Pau1 Civic Center for the Civic Cente� Authority, to
CINCINNATI FLO�R CO. � INC. for the contract price of $21�883.00 as a result
of Formal Bid No. 5270 and the specifications incorporated therein. Cincinnati
Floor Co. , Inc. being the lowest responsible bidder under the specifications
and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to draft the proper form of
contract and obtain �he necessary performance and payment bonds. The proper
City Officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
